Do you deliver worldwide?
Unfortunately we currently only ship to the UK.
How can I track my order?
If your order has not arrived withing 2-3 working days, please contact us and we will track your order.
Can I have my order delivered to multiple addresses?
We can only deliver to one delivery address per order.
Can my order be delivered to an address that is not my billing address
Yes, we can deliver your order to an address that is not your billing address.
When will my order arrive?
For mainland UK orders, goods should normally be received within 4-5 working days from the date of despatch.
What do I do if I receive a faulty or incorrect item in my order?
If your goods are damaged, faulty or you have received the wrong product please contact us within 3 working days of receipt of your order.
What is your Returns Policy?
We offer a 14 Day Money Back Guarantee. If you have purchased an item within the last 14 days and for whatever reason you are not happy with it, please contact us. Full details are in our Returns Policy
Why hasn’t my return been completed yet?
We will credit the price of the cancelled products once we have received and checked that they are in a re-saleable condition.
