Holiday Giveaway Competition
Promoters details: Ultrasun UK and Elite Island Resorts

Eligibility: This competition is open to anyone resident in the UK, who is eighteen (18) years of age or older.

How to enter: To enter you must be following @ultrasunuk and @eliteislanduk on Instagram and leave at least one comment on the competition post tagging at least one other person. 
Dates: This competition is open from 09:00 Friday 25th October until 23:59 Friday 8th November 2024. All entries must be received by 23:59 on 8^th November 2024.
Receipt of Entries: The Promoter is not responsible for any entries not received and/or lost entries.

Selection of winner: One winner will be chosen at random from all eligible entires and notified via private message and comment reply within 7 days of the closing date. The winner must respond to this message. If the winner cannot be contacted or is unable to accept their prize, the Promoter reserves the right to choose another winner from eligible entries received.

Winner details: Details of the winner, name and social media username, will be used in announcing a winner. The winner must inform the Promotor at the time of claiming their prize if they wish to decline publication of this information.

General: The Promoter reserves the right to amend the competition in exceptional circumstancesl. All entrants agree to abide by these terms and conditions and the Promoter reserves the right to exclude entrants for any breach of these terms and conditions. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered in to.
Prize: There will be one winner who will receive a one-time use £100 voucher to use on www.ultrasun.co.uk, and received a one-time use voucher for Elite Islands Resort for a seven-night stay at St James’ Club, Antigua. The prize must be claimed using the method below. 
Terms and conditions of prize: Reservations must be made directly with Resort Marketing International, to claim your prize email: res@resort-marketing.co.uk quoting this certificate number. This prize is valid for a maximum of 2 adults. Your complimentary certificate is valid for travel: 1^st – 30^th September 2025 on a strict request only basis at one of the properties mentioned above. The prize is subject to the following terms and conditions: reservations cannot be made more than 2 months prior to arrival date and are subject to resort availability. Certificates may not be redeemed for cash and are non-changeable.  Certificates cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer.  The prize is subject to changes without notice and is subject to availability and cannot be taken over Christmas, New Year, Easter or January/February.  This offer also does not include Insurance; it is purely an accommodation-only offer. Should the hotel be sold or suffer any material change resulting in the closure of the hotel during the validity of this prize, Elite Island Resorts will be unable to honour the prize and cannot be held liable for alternative accommodation. Flights or transfers are not included. All guests are required to show a passport and provide a valid major credit card (other than American Express) upon which a pre-authorization of US$350.00 shall be taken to cover any possible incidental charges. The pre-authorization is released at check-out subject to any charges incurred locally at the Resort. Elite Island Resorts charge a Resort Fee of US$24.00 per room, per night, payable locally at the resort at check-in. The resort fee includes wi-fi service and is inclusive of any taxes.
