Can I amend my order?
We may not always be able to amend an order once it has been placed, but please contact us and we will do our best to help.
When will my order be despatched?
We aim to despatch orders received by 12.30pm on the same day (Monday - Friday). Despatch times may vary slightly during a promotion.
I want to cancel my order, how do I do this?

What do I do if I receive a faulty item in my order?
