Our Glimmer MAX SPF30 is a sun cream with a difference. This advanced lamellar formula is infused with extra Mica, tiny golden glimmers that reflect away light and give the skin a gorgeous shimmering glow. Brimming with antioxidants, this long-lasting, fast-absorbing, and water-resistant lotion protects against harmful UVA, UVB, and Infrared-A rays and neutralises free radicals caused by your skin being exposed to the sun. Suitable for all skin types, even sensitive skin.

How To Use

Apply indoors to clean, dry skin, 15 minutes before sun exposure. You will begin to see the shimmering effect on your skin approximately 15 minutes after application when light is reflected from the skin. Please refer to product packaging for detailed instructions.

Good staying power

This cream stayed well in high humidity despite frequent water dips. No red areas or prickly heat. Not sure if I'd use it again as once wet it became white and stayed white - at the end of the day the swirls where it was were still clearly visible. Could only be removed with shower gel AND a sponge or flannel.
It's a number of years since we've been abroad but I don't remember this from before?

My friend recommended the glimmer to me and I was not disappointed, I love it. Needless to say I have purchased 2 more bottles one to give to my daughter so she doesn’t pinch mine! It goes on really easily and leaves a lovely glimmer which also helps you see if you’ve missed anywhere.

Great sun protection with added sparkle!

I’ve used Ultrasun products for a few years and very happy with them for me and my family. I decided to try the Glimmer Max for my holiday to Croatia this year. Not only was it light and easy to apply, it absorbed quickly and left no white residue or unpleasant fragrance, but it did leave a wonderful shimmery sparkle. Added a little bit of fun and glamour. Yes it gets on your swimwear but if you love sparkle you won’t care :) and importantly, no issues with burning!

Not for me

I found this sun cream left a white sheen when I applied it, it was slightly difficult to actually rub in, and felt tacky. It was also very difficult to wash off in the shower. For all those reasons I imagine it protects the skin very well and it does leave a nice shimmer but it is not a sim cream I will be purchasing again.
